| Classes
will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings with occasional Saturday classes.
This class will conclude May 10, 2004.
Successful completion of this course will allow participants to take the Pennsylvania Department of Health test for state certification. Pre-registration application and registration fee of $35.00 for persons living in Bradford and Susquehanna Counties or $70.00 for persons living outside of those counties, is required prior to March 19, 2004. Course books and supplies must be purchased before the first night of class, in person or by mail, from Murph’s Mart, located on the Robert Packer Hospital campus. Call Murph’s Mart at 570-882-4702.
