Rescue runs Nicholson
fire
Approximately 02:30 on February
21, Rescue 18 was dispatched to assist Nicholson Fire, Wyoming County,
on a working three story residential fire. Upon arrival Nicholson
command reported heavy smoke from the three story home and requested the
additional units. Rescue 18 arrived on scene and setup in the street
providing lighting and a cascade unit. A crew from the rig was sent
to divsion 2 and division 3 to open up and finish overhaul. Units
operated on scene for approximately 2 1/2 hours.
